摘要
民国时期县级通俗图书馆为基层公共图书馆发展奠定了基础,在开启民智、传播知识、普及教育方面的影响深远。文章以四川营山县晋康图书馆为例,概述其创办缘由、发展历程以及从资金来源、读者服务、建章立制等方面深入分析其发展因素,并总结民国时期四川县级通俗图书馆发展的特点。
During the period of the Republic of China,the county popular libraries laid the foundation for the development of public libraries at the grass-roots level,and had a profound influence on opening up the people's wisdom,spreading knowledge and popularizing education.Taking Jinkang Library of Sichuan province as an example,this paper summarizes the reasons for its establishment,the course of its development,and analyzes its development factors from the aspects of fund source,readers service,establishment of rules and regulations,and summarizes the characteristics of the development of the county popular libraries in sichuan during the period of the Republic of China.
