随着我国物业行业的不断发展,物业受到了社会的广泛关注,尤其是2020年疫情期间,物业成为社区抗击疫情的第一线。在政策引导与技术发展的加持下,物业服务管理与社区治理的协同作用逐渐凸显。本文通过梳理当前物业行业的市场现状、标准规范,结合当前政策发展形势,提出未来物业行业的三大发展方向。

With the development of the community property management industry in China,the community property management has been paid more and more attention by the society,especially during the epidemic in 2020,the community property management has become the first line of fighting the epidemic.Under the guidance of policy and technology development,the synergetic effect of the community property management and community governance becomes more and more obvious.In this paper,by combing the community property management market situation,standards and norms,combined with the current policy development situation,the future development of the community property management industry in three directions.
