Research on the Development Experience and Enlightenment of Prefabricated Timber Structure Projects in Canada

介绍加拿大Brock Commons学生公寓的项目概况,重点论述该项目成功的经验及其在加大政策推广力度、拓宽木混合结构应用领域、推动装配式建筑多元发展、创新工程木产品及其应用范围、完善产业链以及提高信息化技术应用水平六个方面对我国的启示,从而推动装配式木结构建筑在我国的发展。

The article introduces the project overview of the Canadian Brock Commons student apartment,discusses the successful experience of the project and the enlightenment to China from the following six aspects:strengthening policy promotion,broadening the application field of wood composite structure,promoting the diversified development of prefabricated building,innovating engineered wood products and their application scope,perfecting industrial chain and improving the application level of information technology,so as to promote the development of prefabricated wood structure building in our country.
