随着第三次社会大分工产生的城市,这是分散走向集中的过程,之后随着城市的发展壮大,城市形成集中型、放射型、组团型和带型这4种类型。粗放式增长造成了城市规划的转型--精明增长。当卫星城发展成熟后,就需要以区域视角缓解城市之间冲突,以区域规划形成一定的经济辐射能力,带动周边城市的发展。最后结合区域的兴起、郊区的成熟和城市街区的复苏,打造区域人居环境。

As the three social divisions of labor,cities come into being,which is a process of decentralization to centralization.Later,with the development and growth of cities,cities form four types:centralized,radiative,cluster and belt.Extensive growth harms the transformation of urban planning,that is,smart growth.When satellite cities are mature,the conflicts between cities need to be alleviated from a regional perspective,so as to form a certain economic radiation capacity through regional planning and drive the development of surrounding cities.Finally,combining the rise of regions,the maturity of suburbs and the recovery of the urban blocks,the regional living environment is created.
