摘要
为提高装配式建筑管理水平,提出基于BIM的装配式建筑智慧化管理体系。利用BIM技术,录入各个阶段的建筑信息,构建基础信息构架,在BIM信息库中提取信息结果,构建建筑相关结构的三维动态,模拟建筑施工作业全过程,为施工项目管理提供依据。描述建筑几何信息和非几何信息,为管理者提供相关数据信息资料,使其通过观察BIM建筑模型,全面监控建筑的运维阶段。选取写字楼作为验证对象,结果表明,相比传统管理体系,此次体系使建筑管理工作更加高效简单,且提高了资源使用率和资产回收价值。
In order to improve the management level of prefabricated buildings,the intelligent management system of prefabricated buildings based on BIM is proposed.This paper uses BIM technology to input the building information at each stage,constructs the basic information framework,extracts the information results from the BIM information database,constructs the three-dimensional dynamics of the building related structure,simulates the whole process of building construction,and provides the basis for the construction project management.It describes the geometric information and non-geometric information of the building,and provides relevant data and information for the manager to comprehensively monitor the operation and maintenance stage of the building by observing the BIM building model.The office building is selected as the verification object,and the results show that compared with the traditional management system,the system makes the construction management more efficient and simple,and improves the utilization rate of resources and asset recovery value.
