牦牛布鲁氏菌病血清学调查报告

摘要 掌握牦牛布鲁氏菌病在辖区范围内的流行情况,有利于制定针对性的防控措施,及时发现疫情,及时控制疫情,将疫病控制在萌芽阶段,防范疫病进一步扩张蔓延带来更为严重的经济损失。于2018年6—9月采集恰卜恰镇辖区范围内的牦牛793份,编号处理后,进行牛布鲁氏杆菌IgM抗体(Brucella IgM)定性检测,检测结果显示,该地区布鲁氏杆菌病感染率在10.09%,整体感染率较高,需要提高重视程度,深入分析造成该种现象的原因,并制定针对性的防控措施,更好地控制疾病发生流行。 Mastering the epidemic situation of yak brucellosis in the jurisdiction area is conducive to formulating targeted prevention and control measures,timely detection of epidemic situation,timely control of epidemic situation,and control of epidemic disease in the embryonic stage,to prevent the further expansion and spread of the epidemic disease brings more serious economic losses.793 yak samples were collected from Qabqa area in September,June,2018.After the samples were processed,the brucelloa IgM antibody was qualitatively tested.The result showed that the brucelloa IgM infection rate in this area was 10.09%,the overall infection rate is high,we need to increase the degree of attention,in-depth analysis of the causes of this phenomenon,and formulate targeted prevention and control measures to better control the occurrence and prevalence of disease.
