在生猪养殖场内,猪传染性胃肠炎是一种较为严重的传染性疾病,显著特征是群发性、致病性,一旦在养殖场中大规模传播流行,将会给养殖户带来巨大经济损失。近年生猪养殖模式发生显著变化,规模化养殖业向前推进的过程中,各种传染性疾病尤其是传染性肠胃炎呈现高发态势。临床上患病猪主要表现为脱水、呕吐、腹泻,并且该种病毒的传播速度较快,通常在发病2~3 d后可以蔓延到整个猪群,如果来不及治疗或防控,将会造成大批量生猪感染。该文主要分析生猪养殖场猪传染性胃肠炎的流行特点、临床症状、病理变化、诊断方法和防控措施。

In pig farms,transmissible gastroenteritis of pigs is a kind of serious infectious disease disease,which is characterized by mass outbreak and pathogenicity.Once it spreads in a large scale in pig farms,it will bring huge economic losses to the farmers.There have been significant changes in pig farming patterns in recent years,with a high incidence of infectious disease,particularly infectious gastroenteritis,as the scale industry moves forward.The clinical symptoms of infected pigs are dehydration,vomiting and diarrhea,and the virus spreads rapidly,usually spreading to the whole pig population 2 to 3 days after the onset of disease,could cause mass pig infections.This paper mainly analyzes the epidemic characteristics,clinical symptoms,pathological changes,diagnostic methods and prevention and control measures of transmissible gastroenteritis in pigs.
