协同创新视域下卓越农林人才教育培养计划实施与探索——以河北农业大学动物科技学院为例

Implementation and Exploration of Education and Training Plan for Outstanding Agricultural and Forestry Talents under the Vision of Collaborative Innovation,As An Example of the College of Animal Science and Technology of Hebei Agricultural University

卓越农林人才教育培养计划项目以服务“三农”、为农林输送人才力为最终目标,探索应用型本科院校协同创新人才培养模式。以河北农业大学动物科技学院为例,以服务河北省社会经济为重要任务,提高动物科学专业本科培养质量,以学生发展为落脚点,改革教学模式,构建“卓越人才教育协同培养计划实验班”协同培养方案并实施。

With the ultimate goal of serving“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”and transporting talents for agriculture and forestry,the excellent agricultural and forestry talents education and training program explores the cooperative and innovative talents training mode of application-oriented universities.Taking the College of Animal Science and Technology of Hebei Agricultural University as an example,taking serving the social economy of Hebei province as an important task,improving the quality of undergraduate education of animal science specialty,based on the development of students,the reform of teaching mode and the construction of“experimental class of excellent talents education cooperative training plan”were carried out.
