摘要
目的了解肠集聚性大肠埃希菌(enteroaggregative Escherichia coli,EAEC)的耐药情况,比较Kirby-Bauer纸片法和VITEK 2法药敏结果的一致性,初步探索EAEC耐药基因的存在情况。方法33株EAEC运用K-B法和VITEK 2法进行耐药试验,检测耐药基因sulⅠ、sulⅡ、blaTEM、blaCTX-M、blaOXA。统计耐药率、不同方法结果一致性、耐药基因与表型相关性。结果EAEC对氨苄西林、复方新诺明等耐药严重,对头孢他啶、阿米卡星等敏感;发现4株产ESBLs菌株;K-B法结果与VITEK 2法结果大多是一致的。kappa相关性分析显示,sulⅠ或sulⅡ基因与复方新诺明耐药一致性强度中等。检出3菌株blaTEM阳性,检出1菌株blaCTX-M阳性。结论较全面掌握了福建省EAEC对抗生素的耐药表型,初步发现部分耐药基因,发现sulⅠ或sulⅡ基因与复方新诺明耐药表型相关。
Objective To investigate the antimicrobial resistance of enteroaggregative Escherichia coli(EAEC),to compare the drug susceptibility results of Kirby-Bauer disk method and VITEK 2 method,and to preliminarily explore the existence of EAEC resistance genes.Methods K-B method and VITEK 2 method were used for antimicrobial resistance test on 33 strains of EAECs.The resistance genes sulⅠ,sulⅡ,blaTEM,blaCTX-M,blaOXA were detected.The antimicrobial resistance rate,the consistency of the two test methods,and the correlation between genotype and phenotype were analyzed.Results EAECs were highly resistant to ampicillin,sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim,while were sensitive to ceftazidime,amikacin,etc.Four ESBLs producing strains were identified.The results of K-B method were mostly consistent with VITEK 2 method.Kappa correlation analysis showed that sulⅠor sulⅡgenes had moderate consistency with sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim resistance.Three blaTEM positive and one blaCTX-M positive strain were identified.Conclusions The antimicrobial resistance phenotype of EAEC is well profiled,and some resistance genes are preliminarily found.sulⅠor sulⅡgenes are related to sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim resistance phenotype.
