医保支付方式改革作为深化医改的重要环节,是调节医疗服务行为、引导医疗资源配置的重要杠杆。文章从我国医保支付方式改革出发,分析医保支付方式对医疗服务供给方即公立医院的经济运营管理带来的影响,提出公立医院应对医保支付方式改革的可行性策略。

Medical insurance payment method,as an important part of promoting medical reform,is essential for levering medical service behavior and medical resource allocation.Based on the reform of medical insurance payment method in China,the paper analyzes the influence of the medical insurance payment method on the economic operation and management of public hospitals,which are the medical service providers,and proposes feasible strategies for public hospitals to cope with the reform of medical insurance fund payment method.
