摘要
"现况把握"属于医院问题解决型品管圈活动的关键环节,也是"目标设定"和"解析"阶段的重要基础,一定程度上影响着品管圈活动的最终效果。通过分析第五届至第七届全国医院品管圈大赛预审的1554例问题解决型品管圈参赛圈组资料,就目前医院问题解决型品管圈"现状把握"阶段的改善前流程图、查检表与数据收集、柏拉图与改善重点等手法和步骤上存在的主要问题深入分析,探讨现况把握阶段实施的改善建议,从而使医院问题解决型品管圈活动的现况把握环节更加规范、严谨与有效。
Current situation control,which affects the final result of quality control circle(QCC),is the key step of problem solving QCC activities and the fundamental step of"goal setting"and"analysis".Through analyzing1554 problem solving QCC cases from the preliminary examination from 5 th to 7 th national QCC competition of Chinese hospitals,the paper makes an in-depth analysis of the main existing problems of"current situation control"of problem solving QCC in flowchart drawing,checklist making,data collection and Pareto improvement.This paper also discussed the suggestions for the"current situation control",so as to make the current situation control of the hospital problem solving QCC more standardized and effective.
