猪瘟病毒化学发光竞争ELISA抗体检测试剂盒的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了验证猪瘟病毒化学发光竞争ELISA抗体检测试剂盒的临床应用效果,对6个地区的2200份血清样本进行检测,并采用进口试剂同步检测,比较2种试剂盒的一致性;田间筛选了391份猪瘟抗体阴性和阳性血清,采用该试剂盒与荧光抗体病毒中和试验同时进行检测,比较试剂盒的一致性;为了进一步验证对免疫抗体的检出情况,采用本试剂盒定期对猪瘟疫苗免疫后抗体消长情况进行检测。结果显示:本试剂盒与进口试剂盒具有高度的一致性(Kappa值为0.78);与荧光抗体病毒中和试验的结果几乎完全一致(Kappa值为0.908);免疫后18 d,所有免疫猪的抗体全部转阳。 In order to verify the application efficacy of a chemiluminescent immunoassay(CLIA)competition ELISA kit(CLIA kit)to detect antibody against classical swine fever virus,2200 serum samples from 6 areas were tested with the CLIA kit and a imported commercial ELISA kit synchronously.Additionally,391 field sera serum samples,which was determined either positive or negative,were detected by the CLIA kit and fluorescent antibody virus neutralization test(FAVN)to test the coincidence of these two methods.In order to verify the sensitivity to immune antibody,the CLIA kit was used to detect antibody variety after vaccination regularly.The results showed that the CLIA kit and the imported commercial ELISA kit exhibited substantial agreement(Kappa value was 0.78).The CLIA kit and FAVN showed almost perfect agreement(Kappa value was 0.908).All the sera of vaccinated pigs converted from negative to positive after 18 days post vaccination.
