初生麋鹿小肠肥大细胞的形态和分布特点

Morphological and Distribution Characteristic of Mast Cell in Small Intestine of Newborn Milu

为了解麋鹿的黏膜免疫屏障,采用甲苯胺蓝染色法研究初生麋鹿小肠各段肥大细胞的分布特征。结果显示,初生麋鹿十二指肠、空肠和回肠的肥大细胞形态多样,胞质中可见蓝紫色颗粒,主要分布在黏膜固有层、黏膜下层和肌层,少量分布在浆膜。空肠黏膜和黏膜下层的肥大细胞数量显著高于十二指肠和回肠(P<0.05),而十二指肠肌层的肥大细胞数量显著高于空肠和回肠(P<0.05)。这些结果为研究麋鹿肠道疾病提供了依据。

To understand the mucosal immune barrier of Milu,the distribution characteristics of mast cells in the small intestine of newborn Milu was studied by toluidine bluc staining.The results showed that the morphology of the mast cells in the duodenum,jejunum and ileum of newborn Milu was various,and the blue-purple granules were found in the cytoplasm.The number of mast cells in the mucosa and submucosa of jejunal was significantly higher than that in the duodenum and ileum(P<0.05),while the number of mast cells in the musculum of duodenal was significantly higher than that in the jejunum and ileum(P<0.05).These results will provide a basis for the study of intestinal diseases in Milu.
