猫传染性腹膜炎的诊断与治疗 被引量：4

摘要 猫传染性腹膜炎(Feline infectious peritonitis,FIP)是由猫冠状病毒(Feline coronavirus,FCoV)引起的慢性、进行性、致死性感染,表现为以腹腔和/或胸腔积液为特征的湿性FIP和以各组织器官肉芽肿性病变为特征的干性FIP,是引起幼猫至成年猫死亡的主要原因。FIP诊断的金标准包括病理学方法和免疫学方法,可使用病理学方法观察患猫器官组织的病理变化,或通过免疫荧光、免疫组化等方法直接检测病变器官组织中的猫冠状病毒,但这些调查用PCR方法检测口腔及肛门拭子,检测结果只反映采集样本的病毒核酸检出率,不能代表猫的实际感染情况。
