摘要
为解决安顺烟区上部烟叶烤后挂灰较重、上等烟率偏低、青杂烟率较大的问题,提高上部烟叶质量和工业可用性,通过调控湿度和风机转速,对变黄期烘烤工艺进行了优化。结果表明,改变变黄期烘烤工艺、提高湿球温度、降低循环风机转速能够提高上部烟叶的等级结构和外观质量,使内在化学成分趋于协调,但对评吸质量的影响不明显。
In order to solve the problems of heavy ash,low rate of superior tobacco leaves,and large proportion of green and miscellaneous tobacco in Anshun tobacco growing area and improve the quality and industrial usability of upper tobacco leaves,the baking process of tobacco during yellowing stage was optimized by modulating the humidity and fan speed.The results showed that,modulating the baking process during yellowing stage,increasing the temperature of wet bulb and reducing the rotating speed of fan could improve the structural grade and apparent quality of upper tobacco leaves,and could also make the internal chemical components harmonious,but the effects on the smoking quality were not obvious.
