手术室保温护理对股骨骨折患者术后凝血功能及低体温发生的影响

Effect of Heat-preservation Nursing in the Operating Room on Postoperative Coagulation Function and Hypother-mia in Patients with Femoral Fracture

目的:探讨手术室保温护理对股骨骨折患者术后凝血功能及低体温发生的影响。方法:选择2018年4月—2019年4月平顶山市第一人民医院收治的股骨骨折患者82例,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组各41例。其中对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予手术室保温护理干预。观察两组干预前后体温变化、凝血功能指标水平、视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)以及功能独立性评定量表(FIM)评分。结果:观察组干预后体温较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组干预后的APTT、PT、TT、Fbg与干预前相比无明显差异(P>0.05),而对照组APTT、PT、TT较干预前低,Fbg水平较干预前高(P<0.05);观察组干预后VAS较对照组低,且FIM评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:手术室保温护理应用于股骨骨折患者中能够减少低体温发生,降低手术对凝血功能的影响,改善功能独立性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of heat-preservation nursing in the operating room on postoperative coagulation function and hypothermia in patients with femoral fracture.Methods:82 patients with femoral fracture who admitted in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given heat-preservation nursing intervention in the operating room based on control group.The changes of temperature,coagulation function indexes,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Function Independent Measure(FIM) in two groups were observed before and after intervention.Results:The temperature of observation group was higher than that of control group after intervention(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the APTT,PT,TT and Fbg in observation group before and after intervention(P>0.05),while the APTT,PT,TT in control group after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the Fbg was higher than before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the VAS of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the FIM score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heat-preservation nursing in the operating room in patients with femoral fracture can reduce the incidence of hypothermia,decrease the effect of surgery on coagulation function,and improve functional independence.
