老年结肠癌患者术后化疗期间的健康需求及其影响因素研究

Study on the Health Needs and Influencing Factors of Elderly Patients with Colon Cancer During Postoperative Chemotherapy

目的:探究老年结肠癌患者术后化疗期间的健康需求及其影响因素。方法:共计抽取200例老年结肠癌患者作为研究对象,患者均于2018年3月—2019年3月入佛山市中医院进行手术治疗,详细统计患者一般资料,疼痛调查表(BPI-C)、评分情况。结果:200例患者中男性115例,占比为57.50%,女性85例,占比为42.50%;年龄42~81岁,平均年龄(53.33±2.12)岁;60岁以上患者99例,占比为49.50%。患者手术后化疗期间癌症患者需求问卷(CPNQ-SF)评分结果统计为(114.58±23.54)分,居住地、疲劳、文化程度、化疗次数以及婚姻状况均是影响患者化疗期间CPNQ-SF评分的主要因素类型。结论:不同老年结肠癌患者化疗期间健康需求也有所不同,相应的护理干预措施也应该有所调整,护理人员需要在护理工作开展前对其实际情况以及护理需求进行评估,根据评估结果不断完善相关护理方案,确保护理质量的提升。

Objective:To explore the health needs and influencing factors of elderly patients with colon cancer during postoperative chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 200 elderly patients with colon cancer were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were admitted to the hospital for surgical treatment from March 2018 to March 2019.General data of the patients,pain questionnaire(BPI-C) and scores were analyzed in detail.Results:Among the 200 patients,115 were male,accounting for 57.50%,and 85 were female,accounting for 42.50%.The average age was(53.33±2.12) years.There were 99 patients over 60 years old,accounting for 49.50%.The CPNQ-SF score of the patients during chemotherapy after surgery was(114.58±23.54).Residence,fatigue,education level,time of chemotherapy and marital status were the main factors influencing the CPNQ-SF score of the patients during chemotherapy.Conclusion:Different elderly patients with colon cancer have different health needs during chemotherapy.The corresponding nursing intervention measures should be adjusted,nurses need to in front of the nursing work needs to evaluate its actual situation and nursing requirements,perfecting the related nursing plan according to the evaluation result,ensure nursing quality.
