摘要
电子枪聚焦透镜部件中电流所产生的电场及磁场的大小会影响电子束在加工工件上形成的束斑直径,影响电子束加工质量。为了更精确及真实反应电子束的运动情况,通过CST仿真软件对电子枪透镜部件来模拟整个电子束束流过程,在考虑不同因素对束斑的影响条件下进行分析,得出在不同像距下形成最佳电子束束斑尺寸的情况。为通过调控电流来实现焊接过程中最佳电子束束斑尺寸提供了可行的理论以及实践基础。
The size of the electric field and magnetic field produced by the current in the focusing lens of the electron gun will affect the beam spot diameter formed by the electron beam on the workpiece,and affect the processing quality of the electron beam. In order to reflect the motion of electron beam more accurately and truly,this paper analyzes the influence of different factors on the beam spot,simulates the whole process of electron beam through CST simulation software,and obtains the optimal size of electron beam spot under different image distance. It provides a feasible theoretical and practical basis for realizing the optimal size of electron beam spot in welding process by regulating current.
