刮板式输送器是指用刮板链牵引,在槽内或箱体内运送散料的输送器,应用在甘蔗种植机上可作为蔗种升运或上种装置进行使用,因此刮板式输送器在甘蔗种植机上应用较为广泛。使用刮板式输送器安装不同形状的刮板进行单芽段甘蔗种上种试验,确定刮板式输送器应用在甘蔗单芽段种植机上其上种率与伤芽率是否满足种植要求。

The scraper conveyor refers to a conveyor which is pulled by the scraper chain and transports bulk materials in a tank or box.The device can be used as a sugarcane seed lifting or seeding device when applied to sugarcane planters,so the scraper conveyor is widely used in sugarcane planters.The scraper conveyor installed with different shapes of scrapers is used for carrying out the single-bud sett sugarcane seeding experiment,to study whether the seeding rate and damaged bud rate of the scraper conveyor applied on the single-bud sett sugarcane planter can meet the planting requirements.
