摘要
数控加工精度影响因素众多,在众多因素中因刀柄性能指标导致的加工误差较难以克服,为了解决这个问题,提出了BT40刀柄性能检测装置的研发及应用,实践表明所研制的刀柄性能检测装置能有效检测出刀柄的径向跳动、端面跳到、垂直度等性能指标,为数控加工提供参考依据,有助于提升加工精度。
There are many factors that affect the machining accuracy of NC machining.Among these factors,the machining error caused by the performance index of toolholder is difficult to overcome.In order to solve this problem,the development and application of BT40 toolholder performance detection device is proposed.The practice shows that the developed tool handle performance testing device can effectively detect the radial runout,end face jump,perpendicularity and other performance indicators of the toolholder,which is a numerical control Processing provides a reference basis,which helps to improve the machining accuracy.
