摘要 随着国家高技术的发展和创新驱动战略的推进,对机械工程人才培养提出了新的要求。本文面向现代制造和机械工程发展的未来,构建了系统化培养、模块化强基工程、情境下工程训练的培养体系,提出了“以研讨促教,以赛促学,以赛促创”的教学实施方式,探索培养具备良好科学素养,能解决机械工程领域复杂工程问题和科学问题的拔尖创新人才的实现路径。 With the development of national high technology and the promotion of innovation driven strategy,new requirements are put forward for the cultivation of mechanical engineering innovative talents.Facing the future of modern manufacturing and mechanical engineering development,in this paper the training system including systematic training scheme,modular strong foundation project and situational engineering training has been constructed.The teaching implementation mode of"promoting teaching by discussion,learning by competition,and promoting innovation by competition"is proposed to explore the realization way of cultivating top-notch innovative talents with good scientific literacy who can solve complex engineering and scientific problems in mechanical engineering field Diameter.
