摘要
基于资历框架与学分银行制度的高职人才培养方案建设,对于培养大量复合型、实用型的职业技能人才,推动国家职业教育全民化战略目标具有重要意义。从资历框架、学分银行两项制度与高职人才培养的契合度出发,分析如何利用两项制度服务于高职人才培养的整个过程,建立一套比较完善的学分银行系统,提出资历框架与学分银行在高职人才培养中的作用,进一步完善高职教育的人才培养方案,为实现高职教育改革提供了一定的参考意义。
The construction of higher vocational talents training scheme based on Qualification Framework and credit bank system is of great significance for training a large number of compound and practical vocational skilled talents and promoting the national strategic goal of vocational education popularization.This paper will analyze how to use the two institutions to serve the whole process of higher vocational personnel training.Establish a set of relatively perfect credit bank system,and explore the role of qualification framework and credit bank in higher vocational personnel training,and improve the talent training program of higher vocational education.Meanwhile,a specific implementation case of qualification framework is given,which provides reference significance for the realization of higher vocational education reform.
