摘要
基于GB/T 324-2008《焊缝的符号表示法》及GB/T 12212-2012《技术制图焊缝符号的尺寸、比例及简化表示法》,对机械设计图上的焊接符号标注进行分析,得出焊缝符号在焊件下料、坡口设备、焊接件背面间隙、焊接方法、焊缝外形、检验及试验等的工要求上起到重要的作用,为焊缝符号在机械设计图上正确标注提供一定的参考。
Based on GB/T 324-2008“symbolic representation of welds”and GB/T 12212-2012“technical drawings”,this paper analyzes the marking of welding symbols on the mechanical design drawings,and concludes that the welding symbols play an important role in the requirements of welding blanking,groove equipment,back clearance of welding parts,welding method,weld shape,inspection and test,etc.,so as to provide some reference for the correct marking of welding symbols on the mechanical design drawings.
