南海西部边际油田修井模式研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 在南海西部边际油田开采中后期,往往需要修井作业来保持油田的稳产增产,但是由于边际油田多使用简易井口平台,平台面积狭小且没有配备专用的平台修井机,因此使用修井船修井往往费用较高且对产量影响大。针对该问题提出了“支持船+液压修井机”的优化修井模式,并在涠洲11-2-X井成功完成了换大泵提液作业,大幅降低了修井费用,减少了修井不及时所带来的产量损失,是低油价下降本增效、保产量的有效举措。 In the middle and late stages of marginal oilfield exploitation in the western South China Sea,workover operations are often required to maintain stable and increased production of oilfields.However,because marginal oilfields mostly use simple platforms,the platform area is small and there is no dedicated platform workover rig.So workover is used Ship workovers which often cost more and have a greater impact on production.In response to this problem,an optimized workover mode of“support ship+hydraulic workover rig”is proposed,and the pump replacement operation is successfully completed in Weizhou 11-2-X well,which greatly reduced the workover cost and reduced production loss caused.Therefore,this is an effective measure to lower the cost of oil and increase the efficiency of production.
