摘要
主要研究强力型履带起重机发动机动力匹配问题,结合目前多功能强力起重机的工况特点,对柴油机外特性曲线及液压系统功率进行了匹配分析,找出其液压系统主要参数及柴油机负载的功率和扭矩参数,提出了多功能强力起重机针对不同工况应采取不同工作模式的控制策略,使设备实现多种目的:满足效率的提升、满足最大输出扭矩、满足节能的需求。
This paper mainly studies the engine power matching of heavy-duty crawler crane,which is combined with the working condition characteristics of multi-functional heavy-duty crane,to research the diesel engine external characteristic curve and hydraulic system,meanwhile propose that the multi-functional heavy-duty crane should adopt different working modes control strategy to different working conditions,make the equipment realize multiple targets:fulfill the efficient hoisting,maximum torque and energy efficiency requirements.
