在工业产业中,对低温压力容器的使用涉及到方方面面,其对化学工业的科学研究与发展也起到了不可替代的推动作用。以低温压力容器的制造为探讨主题,简要分析这一设备类型的性能与使用特点等,从冷成型、焊接以及热处理等三方面阐述低温压力容器的具体制造工艺,研究低温压力容器制造工艺的科学应用方法,为今后低温压力容器的制造提供参考。

In the industrial industry,the use of low-temperature pressure vessel involves in many aspects,it has also played an irreplaceable role in promoting the scientific research and development of the chemical industry.This paper takes the manufacture of low temperature pressure vessel as the discussion topic by means of briefly analyzing the performance and using characteristics of this type of equipment and expounding the specific manufacture technology of low temperature pressure vessel from three aspects including cold forming,welding and heat treatment.Study the scientific application method of the manufacturing process of cryogenic pressure vessel,and provide reference for the manufacturing of cryogenic pressure vessel in the future.
