伴与不伴精神病性症状抑郁症患者事件相关电位P300对比分析

Comparison of event-related potentials P300 in depressivepatients with and without psychotic symptoms

目的:比较伴与不伴精神病性症状抑郁症患者事件相关电位P300潜伏期、波幅的差异。方法:选取2019年4—10月在广西南宁市第五人民医院临床心理科住院的抑郁症103例患者,根据是否伴有精神病性症状分为伴精神病性症状组(53例)和不伴精神病性症状组(50例);观察两组中线位点和左、右侧位点P300潜伏期及波幅的差异。结果:与对照组相比,研究组Fz、Cz、Pz位点P300波幅降低(P<0.05)、Fz、Pz位点P300潜伏期延长(P<0.05);研究组F4、C3位点P300潜伏期延长(P<0.05)、在F4、C3、C4、P3、P4位点P300波幅降低(P<0.05)。结论:伴与不伴精神病性症状抑郁症患者的P300潜伏期、波幅存在差异,但在不同的电极位点两组潜伏期、波幅的差异并不一致。

Objective:To compare the latency and amplitude of event-related potentials(ERP) P300 in depressive patients with and without psychotic symptoms. Methods:A total of 103 patients with depression who were admitted to the Clinical Psychology Department of the Fifth People’s Hospital of Nanning from April 2019 to October2019 were selected, and divided into a study group(with psychotic symptoms, 53 cases) and a control group(without psychotic symptoms, 50 cases). The differences of latency and amplitude of P300 in midline, left and right sites were observed. Results:Compared with the control group, the amplitudes of P300 at Fz, Cz and Pz sites in the study group were decreased(P<0.05), and the latency of P300 at Fz and Pz sites was prolonged(P<0.05). In the study group, the latency of of P300 at F4 and C3 sites was prolonged(P<0.05), and the amplitude of P300 was decreased at F4, C3, C4, P3 and P4 sites(P<0.05). Conclusion: There are differences in the P300 latency and amplitude between depressive patients with psychotic symptoms and those without, but the differences of latency and amplitude were not consistent between the two groups at different electrode sites.
