摘要
乳腺癌是严重危害女性健康最主要的恶性肿瘤之一,基因检测是制定乳腺癌个体化治疗方案的重要依据,该文梳理国内、外基因检测在乳腺癌综合治疗中的应用现状及最新进展,以期助力临床实践中乳腺癌的精准化治疗。
Breast cancer is one of the most important malignant tumors that seriously endanger women’s health.Gene test is an important basis for making individualized treatment plans for breast cancer. This article reviews the application status and latest progress of gene test in comprehensive breast cancer treatment at home and abroad to provide help for precise treatment of breast cancer in clinical practice.
