前列腺癌组织Nrf2 MSH6表达与肿瘤发生发展的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨前列腺癌组织核转录因子E2相关因子2、错配修复蛋白的表达与肿瘤发生发展的关系.方法 采用免疫组化染色技术检测80例前列腺癌组织标本(前列腺癌组)和80例前列腺良性增生组织标本(前列腺增生组)的核转录因子E2相关因子2、错配修复蛋白的表达,并对其阳性率进行组间比较,分析不同病理学特征前列腺癌的阳性表达率差异.结果 前列腺癌组核转录因子E2相关因子2阳性表达率为72.5%、错配修复蛋白阳性表达率为68.8%,前列腺增生组分别为21.2%、26.2%,前列腺癌组显著高于前列腺增生组(P<0.01).不同肿瘤分期系统分期、淋巴结转移状况前列腺癌组织核转录因子E2相关因子2蛋白阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同淋巴结转移状况前列腺癌组织错配修复蛋白阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 前列腺癌组织核转录因子E2相关因子2、错配修复蛋白表达显著上调,与肿瘤的发生发展关系密切. Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of state cancer tissue Nrf2 and MSH6 and the development of tumors.Methods 80 specimens of prostate cancer tissues(prostate cancer group)and 80 specimens of benign prostatic hyperplasia(prostatic hyperplasia group)were select-ed.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Nrf2 and MSH6 proteins in the two groups.The positive rate was compared between groups.and the difference in positive expression rate of prostate cancer with different pathological characteristics was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Nrf2 protein in prostate cancer tissues was 72.5%,the positive expression rate of MSH6 protein was 68.8%,and the prostatic hyperplasia tissues were 21.2%and 26.2%,respectively.There was a sta-tistically significant difference in the positive expression rate of Nrf2 protein in different tumor staging sys-tems and lymph node metastasis status(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of MSH6 protein in pros-tate cancer tissues with different lymph node metastasis was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sions The expression of Nrf2 protein and MSH6 protein in prostate cancer tissues is significantly up-regu-lated and closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.
