脑卒中主要照顾者对跌倒坠床认知状况及影响因素分析

Analysis of the cognitive status and influencing factors of the main caregivers of stroke on falling and falling from bed

目的 了解脑卒中住院患者主要照顾者对跌倒、坠床危险的认知状况及其影响因素.方法 对住院脑卒中患者的主要照顾者(320名)采用自制跌倒及坠床危险认知状况评估表进行测评分析,并采用单因素分析及多因素logistic回归分析探讨其影响因素.结果 本组照顾者对跌倒及坠床危险认知状况合格率为56.9%(182/320).单因素分析显示,年龄、文化程度、躯体状况、与患者关系、学习相关知识、日陪护时间是脑卒中照顾者对跌倒及坠床危险认知状况的影响因素(P<0.05或0.01),性别、患者职业对其无明显影响(P>0.05);多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、与患者关系、学习相关知识、日陪护时间是脑卒中照顾者对跌倒及坠床危险认知状况的影响因素.结论 脑卒中住院患者主要照顾者对跌倒及坠床危险的认知状况不容乐观,影响因素众多,应对其予以有针对性的干预,提高照护质量.

Objective To analyze the cognitive status and influencing factors of the main caregivers of stroke on falling and falling from bed.Methods The main caregivers(320 cases)of hospitalized stroke patients were evaluated and analyzed using a self-made falling and falling from bed risk cognitive assess-ment form.Single factor analysis and multi-factor logistic regression analysis were used to explore its in-fluencing factors.Results The qualified rate of cognition status of main caregivers in this group of stroke hospitalized patients was 56.9%(182/320).Univariate analysis showed that age,education level,physi-cal condition,relationship with the patient,learning related knowledge,and daily caregiving time were the influencing factors of stroke caregivers cognitive status of falling and falling from bed risk(P<0.05 or 0.01),gender and the patient's occupation had no significant impact on it(P>0.05).Multivariate logis-tic regression analysis showed that age,education level,relationship with patients,learning-related knowledge,and daily care time were the influencing factors of stroke caregivers'cognitive status of falling and falling from bed risk.Conclusions The cognitive status of falling down and falling from bed danger of major caregivers for stroke hospitalized patients are not optimistic,there are many influencing factors,and targeted intervention should be given to improve the quality of care.
