东莞市莞城区老年高血压患者抑郁状况调查及影响因素分析

Investigation and analysis of depressive factors in elderly hypertensive patients in Guancheng District,Dongguan City

目的 探讨东莞市莞城区老年高血压患者的抑郁状况及其影响因素.方法 对东莞市莞城区200例老年高血压患者采用抑郁自评量表评定抑郁状况,采用单因素分析及多因素Lo-gistic回归分析探讨老年高血压患者抑郁的影响因素.结果 入组患者合并抑郁122例(78.0%),其中轻度抑郁53例,中度抑郁52例,重度抑郁17例.单因素分析显示,年龄、婚姻状况、月收入、病程、睡眠质量、高血压分级、饮酒、服用降压药种类是老年高血压患者抑郁的影响因素.多因素Logistic回归分析显示,病程>5 a、无配偶、睡眠质量较差、饮酒、吸烟是老年高血压合并抑郁障碍的危险因素.结论 东莞市莞城区老年高血压患者抑郁障碍检出率较高,病程长、病情严重程度、无配偶、睡眠质量差、饮酒和吸烟是导致老年高血压患者抑郁障碍的危险因素.

Objective To explore the depression status and its influencing factors of elderly hypertensive patientsin Guancheng District,Dongguan City.Methods The self-rating depression scale was used to e-valuate the depression of 200 elderly patients with hypertension in Guancheng District,Dongguan City.Single factor analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing fac-tors of depression in elderly hypertensive patients.Results There were 122 cases(78.0%)with depres-sion in this group,of which 53 cases were mild depression,52 cases were severe depression,and 17 cases were severe depression.Univariate analysis showed that age,marital status,monthly income,duration of illness,sleep quality,grade of hypertension,drinking,and types of antihypertensive drugs were the influ-encing factors of depression in elderly hypertensive patients.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the course of disease>5 years,no spouse,poor sleep quality,drinking,and smoking were risk factors for elderly hypertension complicated with depression.Conclusions The detection rate of de-pression is relatively high in elderly hypertensive patients in Guancheng District,Dongguan City。Long course of disease,severity of ilness,no spouse,poor sleep quality,drinking and smoking are risk factors for depression in elderly hypertensive patients.
