摘要
目的 探讨三维时间飞跃法MR血管成像对烟雾病搭桥术后血管通畅性的评价效用.方法 对40例烟雾病患者行三维时间飞跃法MR血管成像和CT血管成像检查,术前行数字减影血管造影检查.结果 术前数字减影血管造影共显示颞浅动脉80条,三维时间飞跃法MR血管成像显示颞浅动脉清晰率为100%,明显高于CT血管成像检查的92.5%(P<0.05).三维时间飞跃法MR血管成像和CT血管成像显示搭桥血管颅外段及穿颅段情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三维时间飞跃法MR血管成像显示搭桥血管颅内段情况好于CT血管成像检查(P<0.05),评分达到4分的比例达57.5%.结论 三维时间飞跃法MR血管成像评价烟雾病搭桥术后血管通畅性优于CT血管成像检查,特别是在颅内段显示上,但对穿颅段血管狭窄有夸大效应.
Objective To explore the value of 3D TOF MRA in evaluating vascular patency after bypass of patients with moyamoya disease.Methods 40 cases of moyamoya disease were examined by 3D TOF MRA and CT angiography(CTA),digital subtraction angiography(DSA)was performed before opera-tion.Results Preoperative DSA showed 80 superficial temporal arteries,and 3D TOF MRA showed that the rate of clarity of superficial temporal artery was 100%,which was significantly higher than 92.5%of CTA(P<0.05).3D TOF MRA and CTA showed no significant difference in the extracranial and pass through cranial segment of bypass vessels(P>0.05).3D TOF MRA showed that the intracranial section of bypass graft was better than that of CTA(P<0.05),and the score reached 4 points to 57.5%.Conclu-sions 3D TOF MRA is superior to CTA for evaluating the vascular patency after moyamoya bypass,es-pecially in the intracranial segment,but 3D TOF MRA has a exaggerated effect on the stenosis of the pass through cranial segment.
