摘要
采用问卷调查法对皖北地区某市多所中等职业学校的613名中职生进行调查。结果发现:中职生情绪智力、主观幸福感、心理弹性、领悟社会支持两两之间均存在显著的正相关;情绪智力、心理弹性对中职生的主观幸福感均有显著的正向预测作用;心理弹性在情绪智力与中职生主观幸福感间起部分中介作用,即情绪智力不仅直接对中职生的主观幸福感产生影响,并且通过心理弹性间接对中职生的主观幸福感产生影响;领悟社会支持对中介效应的前半段路径起着显著的调节作用,即当高领悟社会支持水平时,情绪智力对中职生心理弹性的影响更大。
A questionnaire survey was conducted on 613 students in multiple secondary vocational schools in a city in the northern AnHui region.The results found that:There is a significant positive correlation between the secondary vocational school students'emotional intelligence,subjective well-being,mental resilience,and perceived social support;The impact of emotional intelligence and mental resilience on the secondary vocational school students'subjective well-being has a significant positive predictive effect;Mental resilience plays a partial intermediary role between emotional intelligence and the subjective well-being of secondary vocational school students,that is,emotional intelligence not only directly affects the subjective well-being of secondary vocational school students,but also indirectly affects the subjective well-being of secondary vocational school students through mental resilience;Perceived social support plays a significant role in regulating the first half of the mediation effect,that is,when the level of perceived social support is high,emotional intelligence has a greater influence on the mental resilience of secondary vocational school students.
