摘要 装配式建筑软土地基加固过程中,软土土质不均匀,地基下沉数值过大,导致装配式建筑与软土地基间的一致性参数过小,针对该问题,在装配式建筑软土地基加固流程优化中应用BIM技术。以实际软土地基建筑工程各项参数为基础,构建装配式建筑模型,根据不同软土层的土质结构,优化软土地基加固流程,控制加固过程中产生的软土层下沉。选用已知参数的应变计作为实验器材,设定软土层结构并安置应变计。实验结果表明,应用BIM技术的流程优化方法产生的地基下沉数值最小,装配式建筑与软土地基间的一致性参数符合标准。 In the process of soft soil foundation reinforcement of prefabricated building,the soil quality of soft soil is not uniform and the settlement value of foundation is too large,which leads to the problem that the consistency parameter be-tween prefabricated building and soft soil foundation is too small.Aiming at this problem,BIM Technology is applied in the process optimization of soft soil foundation reinforcement of prefabricated building.Based on the parameters of practical soft soil foundation construction engineering,the prefabricated building model is constructed.According to the soil structure of different soft soil layers,the reinforcement process of soft soil foundation is optimized,and the settlement of soft soil layer produced in the reinforcement process is controlled.Finally,the application research of BIM Technology is completed.The strain gauge with known parameters is selected as the experimental equipment,the soft soil structure is set and the stress gauge is installed.The experimental results show that the settlement value of the foundation generated by the process optimi-zation method of BIM Technology is the smallest,and the consistency parameters between prefabricated building and soft soil foundation meet the standard.
