2008—2018年南昌市肺结核病的流行病学特征分析

Epidemiological Characteristics of Tuberculosis in Nanchang,2008-2018

目的分析2008—2018年南昌市肺结核病的流行病学特征,为该市今后结核病的防控提供参考。方法回顾性分析2008—2018年南昌市登记的肺结核病患者资料,采用描述性方法总结肺结核病的流行病学特征。结果2008—2018年期间在南昌市登记的肺结核病患者共计42263例,其中涂阳病例17003例;期间肺结核病登记例数呈逐年下降趋势;肺结核病登记数以春季最高,以3~6月份最多,男性多于女性,男女之比为2.58∶1;肺结核病发病以中老年为主;职业分布中农民病例数最高;地区分布以新建区、南昌县、进贤县3个农村县区登记的发病数较高。结论南昌市肺结核病的防控措施应以抓住重点地区和关键人群为主,把肺结核病防治工作重点放在农村中老年男性人群上。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Nanchang,and to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of corresponding prevention and control strategies.Methods The data of tuberculosis patients reported in Nanchang from 2008 to 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis were summarized by descriptive methods.Results A total of 42263 cases of tuberculosis were reported between 2008 and 2018 in Nanchang,including 17003 smear-positive cases.The number of registered cases of tuberculosis presented a decreasing trend year by year.The incidence of tuberculosis was highest in spring,especially between March and June.Furthermore,the incidence in males was higher than that in females,with a male/female ratio of 2.58:1.00.Tuberculosis mainly occurred in middle-aged and old age people,and the majority of the cases were farmers.Moreover,the registered cases were mainly distributed in Xinjian District,Nanchang County and Jinxian County.Conclusion Prevention and control of tuberculosis in Nanchang should focus on key areas and key populations,especially the middle-aged and elderly male population in rural areas.
