摘要
白介素-35(IL-35)主要是由调节性T细胞产生的一种细胞因子,具有调节免疫系统功能的作用。在多种癌细胞中IL-35存在过表达现象,并能通过直接作用于癌细胞或抗肿瘤免疫反应而发挥调节癌细胞恶性行为的作用。在大多数情况下,癌细胞中IL-35的高表达虽可增强调节免疫细胞的功能,使肿瘤细胞逃避免疫监控,但少数情况下IL-35的高表达能通过诱导癌细胞凋亡抑制肿瘤的生长。因此,IL-35在癌症发生发展过程中的确切作用及机制仍不明确。本综述阐述IL-35的概况、IL-35与癌症发病的关系及其在癌症治疗研究中的最新进展,旨在为靶向IL-35的癌症治疗提供参考。
Interleukin-35(IL-35),a cytokine mainly produced by regulatory T cells,has a function in regulating the immune system.It is over-expressed in a variety of cancer cells,and regulates malignant behavior of cancer cells through anti-tumor immune response or directly acting on cancer cells.The high expression of IL-35 enhances the function of regulatory cells in most cases,making tumor cells evade immune surveillance.In a few cases,the high expression of IL-35 can induce apoptosis of cancer cells to inhibit tumor growth.Therefore,the exact role and mechanism of IL-35 in the development and progression of cancer are still unclear.In order to provide a reference for IL-35-targeted cancer therapy,this paper reviews the basic profile of IL-35,relationship between IL-35 and cancer,and latest progress in cancer treatment with IL-35.
