Optimization and Application of Ultra-high Chromium White Cast Iron

摘要 在BTMCr26基础上,通过材料成分优化、性能强化设计,并使用JX-11变质剂,成功试制出硬度54~60 HRC、抗拉强度Rm≥650 MPa、冲击韧性Ak≥8~10 J/cm2的合金材料JX。改进了大型挖泥泵叶轮的铸造工艺、热处理工艺等,将JX合金成功应用于大型挖泥泵叶轮的试制,现场运行安全可靠,其寿命是普通高铬铸铁材质零件的两倍以上。 Based on BTMCr26,the alloy JX with hardness 54-60 HRC,tensile strength Rm≥650 MPa and impact toughness Ak≥8-10 J/cm2 has been successfully manufactured by optimizing material composition,strengthening design and using JX-11 modifier.The casting technology and heat treatment technology of large-scale dredging pump impeller have been improved.JX alloy has been successfully applied to trial-manufacture of large-scale dredging pump impeller.The field operation is safe and reliable.Its service life is more than two times than that of common high chromium cast iron parts.
