L360QS-N08825复合管热丝TIG打底焊缝错边熔透数值模拟 被引量:2

Misalignment Penetration Numerical Simulation of Backing Weld of L360QS-N08825 Composite Pipe by Hot Wire TIG Welding

摘要 该试验以L360QS-N08825复合管为研究对象,使用热丝TIG焊接方法对不同错边量的复合管进行焊接,研究热丝TIG焊对管口错边焊接的适应性。利用有限元分析软件建立了复合管管口对接焊缝有限元模型,并进行仿真计算,得到了不同错边下焊接的温度场。结果表明:焊接时温度场分布不均匀,熔深在不同错边下有明显的差异。通过试验得到不同错边下熔透的结果,其熔透情况与仿真结果有较好的重合度,从而验证了理论的有效性。 In this test,the L360QS-N08825 composite pipe was used as the research object.The hot wire TIG welding method was used to weld the composite pipe with different misalignment amount,and the adaptability of the hot wire TIG welding to the misaligned welding of the pipe was studied.The finite element model of the butt weld of composite pipe nozzle was established by finite element analysis software,and the simulation calculation was carried out.The temperature field under different misalignment was obtained.The results show that the temperature field distribution is not uniform during welding,and the penetration depth is obviously different under different misalignment.The penetration results under different misalignment were obtained through experiments.The penetration and the simulation results have a good coincidence degree.The validity of the theory is verified.
