摘要
采用常规线性超声和非线性超声两种检测手段,并结合信号处理对摩擦焊接头中缺陷进行了检测与分析。结果表明:线性超声检测可对摩擦焊接头缺陷进行定性和定量分析,但受限于受摩擦焊接头结构特点和常规超声探伤仪发射电压不够,最小检测缺陷尺度为毫米级;非线性超声对摩擦焊接头微米级缺陷有高敏感性,但仅限于定性分析,可作为常规超声检测的有力补充。
The defects in friction welded joints were detected and analyzed by means of conventional linear ultrasound and non-linear ultrasound combined with signal processing.The results show that the linear ultrasonic detection can qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the defects of friction welded joints,but it is limited by the structural characteristics of friction welded joints and the emission voltage of conventional ultrasonic flaw detectors,and the minimum defect scale is millimeter.Non-linear ultrasound is highly sensitive to micro-defects in friction welded joints,but it is limited to qualitative analysis,which can be used as a powerful complement of conventional ultrasonic testing.
