提升型产业园区规划的现实困境与实施策略研究

Research on Practical Dilemma and Implementation Strategy of Upgrading Industrial Park Planning

提升型产业园区是未来我国产业园区的发展趋势,以促进经济发展、改善原始园区为出发点,以国土空间规划为基础,明确园区的主导产业、发展方向、发展策略及科技创新,完善上下游产业链,提高产品附加值,提高园区的综合服务质量,从而提升园区的核心竞争力。在园区的规划过程中,要充分考虑到各个方面的综合因素,既要保证园区从空间角度进行合理规划,也要保证园区的产业发展及园区的综合竞争力。本文通过对提升型产业园区规划过程中存在问题的分析,论述了问题及相应的整改措施,对于今后类似项目的规划具有一定的借鉴意义。

The upgrading industrial park is the development trend of the industrial park in our country in the future.Taking promoting economic development and improving the original park as the starting point,taking the land and space planning as the basis,this paper clarifies the leading industry,development direction,development strategy and scientific and technological innovation of the park,improves the upstream and downstream industrial chain,increases the added value of products and improves the comprehensive service quality of the park,thus enhancing the core competitiveness of the park.In the planning process of the park,we should fully consider the comprehensive factors of all aspects,not only to ensure the reasonable planning of the park from the perspective of space,but also to ensure the industrial development of the park and the comprehensive competitiveness of the park.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of upgrading industrial park,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures,which have certain reference significance for the planning of similar projects in the future.
