基于中东地区的GSAS绿色建筑评价体系研究

Study on GSAS Green Building Rating System in Middle-East Region

绿色建筑评价体系在全球快速发展和应用,但是国内对中东地区的绿色建筑体系的相关介绍极少。基于中东区域特点,卡塔尔开发了中东和北非地区第一个基于绩效的绿色建筑评价体系,并得到国际足联的认可,用于对2022年世界杯场馆的评估。本文对卡塔尔的GSAS绿色建筑评价体系进行介绍,为国内更好地了解和研究中东区域的绿色建筑评价体系提供了帮助。

The green building rating systems(GBRSs)have been rapidly developed and applied in the world.However,few introduction related to GBRSs in the Middle East can be found in China.Based on the characteristics of the Middle East region,Qatar has developed the first performance-based GBRS system in the Middle East and North Africa(MENA)region,namely GSAS,which has been endorsed by FIFA,to assess the stadiums for 2022 FIFA World Cup.The GSAS,a GBRS originating from Qatar,is introduced in this paper,which is helpful to deeply understand and study the GBRS in the Middle East region.
