建筑遗产保护“原真性”与“价值观”的辩证探析

Dialectical Analysis on “Authenticity” and “Values” of Architectural Heritage Protection

"原真性"一直是世界公认的建筑遗产保护的重要原则之一,"原真性"原则对于中国建筑遗产的保护具有很高的现实意义。由于"原真性"原则是西方的舶来品,用于中国建筑遗产保护还需因地制宜,理解该原则的真正含义。文章对建筑遗产保护"原真性"的定义进行了解读,分析原真性原则对中国建筑遗产保护的意义,以及当下建筑遗产保护的问题现状,希望通过探究西方建筑遗产保护关于"原真性"原则的主流价值观得到一些启示。最后,文章阐述了以建筑遗产材料技术、场所精神的原真性来作为"原真性"原则的评价标准,并以保护借重利用的思路,发挥建筑遗产的实用价值,从而实现建筑遗产保护的可持续发展性。

"Authenticity"has always been one of the most important principles of architectural heritage protection in the world.The principle of"authenticity"has important practical significance for the protection of Chinese architectural heritage.As the principle of"authenticity"is originally introduced from the west,it is necessary to understand the true meaning of the principle when it is applied to the protection of Chinese architectural heritage according to local conditions.This paper interprets the definition of"authenticity"in the protection of architectural heritage,and analyzes the significance of the principle of authenticity to the protection of Chinese architectural heritage and the current problems in the protection of architectural heritages,hoping to get some enlightenment by exploring the mainstream values of"authenticity"principle in western architectural heritage protection.Finally,the paper expounds that the authenticity of building heritage material technology and place spirit is taken as the evaluation standard of"authenticity"principle,and the practical value of architectural heritage is brought into play with the idea of protection and utilization,so as to realize the sustainable development of architectural heritage protection.
