摘要
当前形势下,很多商业综合体建筑设施陈旧、消费模式单一、同质化竞争日益严重,特别是由于电商的发展和民众消费方式的转变,商业综合体逐渐丧失活力。本文以贵港市梦之岛为例,探讨了商业综合体目前面临的困境,并根据存在的问题提出了改造设计策略,希望能为相似案例提供参考。
Under the current situation,many commercial complex buildings have the problems of old facilities,single consumption mode and increasingly homogenization competition.Due to the development of e-commerce and the change of people's consumption mode,the commercial complex gradually loses vitality.Taking Dream Island in Guigang as an example,this paper discusses the difficulties faced by commercial complex at present,and puts forward the transformation design strategy according to the existing problems,hoping to provide a reference for similar cases.
