摘要
传统建筑工程造价管理协同性较差,以及管理理念落后、信息化程度不高,导致在项目建设中出现大量返工现象。装配式建筑的特点是将现场手工作业变为机械化装配施工,工程造价上体现出以价格信息为主的特点,集成化水平高,对市场交易价格的关注程度更高,因此需要结合BIM技术和IPD管理模式进行协同造价管理的创新。
The traditional cost management of the construction project has poor coordination,backward management concept and information level,which leads to a large number of rework in project construction.The characteristic of prefabricated building is to change the field manual operation into mechanized assembly construction.The project cost reflects the characteristics of price information,high integration level and higher attention to market transaction price.Therefore,it is necessary to combine BIM Technology and IPD management mode to innovate collaborative cost management.
