The equipment and materials management of electrical project is an important part of overseas project management. The problems existing in the management of equipment and materials in the process of executing overseas electrical projects is analyzed, puts forward the solutions of improving the management level by optimizing the material purchase plan and enhancing the material storage procedures, and proposes methods aiming at specific cases.
