分析新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌的效果

To analyze the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with laparoscopic assisted radical gastric cancer in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的分析新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌的效果。方法回顾分析本院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的90例进展期胃癌患者的临床资料,将行腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术治疗的45例患者临床资料归为对照组,应用新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术治疗的45例患者临床资料归为观察组。比较两组手术相关指标、KPS评分及并发症发生情况。结果观察组淋巴结清扫数目、下床活动及肛门排气时间小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组Karnofsky功能状态量表(KPS)评分均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论进展期胃癌患者应用新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术治疗效果显著,可促进患者术后恢复,改善其健康状况,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To analyze the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with laparoscopic-assisted radical gastric cancer in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical data of 45 patients who underwent laparoscopic-assisted radical gastric cancer treatment were classified as the control group,and neoadjuvant was applied.The clinical data of 45 patients treated with chemotherapy combined with laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy were classified as observation group.The operation-related indicators,KPS score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The number of lymph node dissections,getting out of bed,and anal exhaust time in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After surgery,the Karnofsky functional status scale(KPS)scores in both groups were higher than those before surgery.And the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with laparoscopic-assisted radical gastric cancer treatment for patients with advanced gastric cancer is better,which can promote postoperative recovery,improve their health,and reduce the risk of complications.
