阿立哌唑联合行为疗法对精神分裂症患者PANSS评分及认知功能的影响

Effect of aripiprazole combined with behavior therapy on PANSS score and cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia

目的研究阿立哌唑联合行为疗法对精神分裂症患者PANSS评分及认知功能的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2019年6月本院收治的精神分裂症患者84例,依据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用阿立哌唑治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合行为疗法。比较两组患者PANSS评分及认知功能评分情况。结果两组患者治疗后PANSS评分均降低,且观察组降低幅度较大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后视空间及执行功能、命名、语言、抽象思维、延迟记忆、计算与定向、注意与集中及总分均提升,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用阿立哌唑联合行为疗法能降低精神分裂症患者的PANSS评分,同时可提高患者的认知功能,疗效显著。

Objective To study the effect of aripiprazole combined with behavioral therapy on PANSS score and cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 84 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aripiprazole,and the observation group was combined with behavioral therapy on the basis of the control group.The PANSS score and cognitive function score of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The PANSS scores of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,and the observation group decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups of patients treated visual space and executive function,naming,language,abstract thinking,delayed memory,calculation and orientation,attention and concentration,and the total score increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of aripiprazole combined with behavioral therapy can reduce the PANSS score of patients with schizophrenia,and at the same time can improve the cognitive function of patients,with a significant effect.
