重组人血管内皮抑制素注射液联合化疗多周期治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效

Efficacy of recombinant human endostatin injection combined with multi cycle chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨晚期非小细胞肺癌患者行化疗+重组人血管内皮抑制素注射液多周期治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年10本院收治的46例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同分为两组,每组23例。对照组行顺铂+紫杉醇化学治疗,实验组在对照组基础上行重组人血管内皮抑制素治疗。观察两组多周期治疗后临床疗效。结果实验组治疗总有效率及FACT-L量表总评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后VEGF、TCFβ1水平及不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论晚期非小细胞肺癌患者行化疗+重组人血管内皮抑制素注射液多周期治疗可强化临床疗效,抑制肿瘤转移,改善患者生活质量,且加用该药能减少化疗不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of multiple cycles of chemotherapy and recombinant human endostatin injection in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 46 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January2016 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the different treatment plans,with 23 cases in each group.The control group received cisplatin+paclitaxel chemotherapy,and the experimental group received recombinant human endostatin treatment on the basis of the control group.Observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups after multi-cycle treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group and the total score of the FACT-L scale were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of VEGF and TCFβ1 and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multiple cycles of chemotherapy and recombinant human endostatin injection in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer can strengthen the clinical efficacy,inhibit tumor metastasis,and improve the quality of life of patients.The addition of this drug can reduce adverse reactions to chemotherapy and is worthy of clinical application.
