视网膜激光光凝术用于各种眼底病临床治疗的效果分析

Clinical curative effect of retina laser photocoagulation on various ocular fundus diseases

目的分析视网膜激光光凝术用于各种眼底病临床治疗的效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月于本院治疗的各种眼底病患者254例作为研究对象,分为实验组(n=125)与对照组(n=129);对照组采用常规药物治疗,实验组采用视网膜激光光凝术治疗,持续跟踪随访6个月,比较两组临床疗效、视力恢复情况和不良反应发生率。结果实验组治疗总有效率、视力提升率分别为85.60%、68.00%,显著高于对照组的55.82%和46.51%(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组视力未提升率、视力下降率及不良反应发生率为27.20%、4.80%和4.00%,显著低于对照组的41.08%、15.51%和9.30%(P<0.05)。结论视网膜激光光凝术可用于治疗各种眼底病且临床效果显著。

Objective To analyze clinical curative effect of retina laser photocoagulation on various ocular fundus diseases.Methods A total of254 patients with various ocular fundus diseases treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as reseach subjects.They were divided into experiment group(n=125)and control group(n=129).The control group was given routine drug treatment,the experiment group was given retina laser photocoagulation,they were continuously followed up for 6 months,the curative effect,vision recovery and adverse reaction rate were compared.Results The total response rate and vision improvement rate of the experiment group were 85.60%and 68.00%,which were significantly higher than 55.82%and 46.51%of the control group(P<0.05).The rates of vision without improvement and vision decreasing,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experiment group were 27.20%,4.80%and 4.00%,respectively,which were significantly lower than 41.08%,15.51%and 9.30%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Retina laser photocoagulation can be applied to treat various ocular fundus diseases,and the clinical effect is significant.
