宫颈癌筛查阳性结果对女性心理的影响

Psychological effects of cervical cancer screening positive women

目的分析宫颈癌筛查阳性结果对女性心理的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月在本院行宫颈随机筛查的女性800例作为研究对象,应用凯斯勒心理困扰量表进行问卷调查。结果宫颈癌筛查阳性结果会导致心理压力水平升高,较高的教育水平可能为保护因素,而与年龄、婚姻状况等相关性不显著。结论宫颈癌筛查阳性结果的女性存在情绪障碍,心理压力与教育程度呈负相关,在治疗宫颈疾病的同时应给予心理干预。

Objective To analyze the influence of positive results of cervical cancer screening on women’s psychology.Methods 800 women who underwent random cervical screening in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the kessler psychological distress scale was used to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results Women with positive cervical cancer screening results had more severe psychological distress,and high income or high education may be protective factors,but the correlation with age,marital status,etc.is not significant.Conclusion Women with positive cervical cancer screening have emotional disorders.Psychological pressure is negatively correlated with education level.Psychological intervention should be provided with the treatment of cervical diseases.
